102 CHIPPOKES TURN (RUNNINGMAN) IN YORKTOWN, VA.
STAY AND WATCH THE SUPER BOWL WITH BOB AFTERWARDS!
Refreshments will be provided along with a friendly environment. Bob will offer some brief comments around 4pm, and then take Q & A from attendees. There is no admission. Voluntary donations to Bob's campaign will be accepted. All are welcome!!So bring your questions for Bob to answer! Please tell your friends and bring them with you!

Directions from Points North, West and South along Interstate 64:

Take I-64 exit 256-B in Newport News onto Victory Blvd. east toward Poquoson. Proceed to the seventh (6th) traffic light and turn right onto Big Bethel Rd. and go 7/10 mile. Turn left onto Runningman Trail. Go to the 2nd street on the right, Chippokes Turn. #102 is the second house on the right.

Directions from Points North above the York River:

Cross the Coleman Bridge across the York River at Gloucester Point southbound on Rt. 17 into York County and continue south to Victory Blvd. (WalMart will be on the right). Turn left and go to the 2nd light at Big Bethel Road. Turn right and then follow directions as above.

The Virginia Peninsula Car Club Council was established to support the Automotive Clubs and Auto Enthusiasts in the Va. Peninsula Region and surrounding areas.  VPCCC is a not-for-profit group (www.vpccc.org)

 

The VPCCC meets on the third Thursday of the month (Except Dec.)   at 7:00 pm at Coxton's Collision Center - Gold Team . Coxton's is located @ 1609 George Washington Mem Hwy . ( Rt 17 ) Yorktown, VA 23693-4310  .    Look for Suite D! 

 

  Jan 19th  is our next meeting .   Mr. Ford Mc Cormack will be speaking on  the subject of   "The Evolution of Corvette Engines 1953 to 2012."   Please forward this to your members and fellow enthusiasts … consider coming as our guest.  Call or email Hal Hartel for more information.  

 

FYI-We have clubs, individuals and businesses as members from Chesapeake, Charles City, Chester, Denbigh, Gloucester - Middle Peninsula, Hampton, Isle of Wight, James City County, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Smithfield, Suffolk, Va. Gallery at York Hall to operate on winter hours until April 1

The Gallery at York Hall will open for its 11th season on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
 
Until that time, the Gallery will be open on a limited winter schedule. Hours of operation will be Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Appointments to visit the Gallery may also be made by calling 757-890-4490. 
 
The Gallery is located in York Hall at 301 Main Street, Yorktown. It is operated by the Celebrate Yorktown Committee and managed by volunteer manager Sharon Owen. The Gallery at York Hall is an art gallery with a variety of themed exhibits which change every six to eight weeks. Exhibits feature the works of local artists.
